The Companies have today issued a prospectus relating to a proposed Offer for Subscription for ordinary shares of 10p each to raise up to £30 million in aggregate split equally between the Companies, with an over allotment facility of a further £10m in aggregate, following approval from the UK Listing Authority.

The Offer is now open and will close at noon on 5 April 2013 for the 2012/2013 tax year and noon on 30 April  2013 for the 2013/2014 tax year, unless it is fully subscribed prior to that date or extended by the Boards (to no later than 6 February 2014).

The prospectus and circular will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
