Completion of Acquisition of TouchType Limited ("TouchType") by Microsoft Inc ("Microsoft")

Further to the announcement dated 3 February 2016 the Board of Octopus Titan VCT plc is pleased to announce that the acquisition of TouchType, the company behind the SwiftKey app for faster, easier typing on mobile phones and tablets, by Microsoft has completed today.

The special dividend of 5p per share which was also announced on 3 February 2016 and was declared unconditional on 10 February 2016 will be paid on 29 April 2016 to shareholders on the register on 15 April 2016. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting the final dividend of 2p per share will be paid to shareholders on the same date.

Octopus Titan has now raised in excess of £40 million under the current offer for subscription to raise £50 million with an over allotment facility of £30 million in the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 tax years. The unaudited net assets of the Company are approximately £267 million.
