First Day of Dealings and Total Voting Rights

Odyssean Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of dealings in its Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. today on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and admission to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker "OIT" (ISIN: GB00BFFK7H57).

The Company notifies that immediately following Admission, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company are as follows:
