1. Release of shares to Executive Directors under the Old Mutual Restricted Share Plan

The following Deferred Short-Term Incentive (DSTI) and Bonus Matching (Matching) awards, granted on 27 April 2008 under the Company's Restricted Share Plan (RSP), were released on 9 May 2008 as a result of the successful achievement of EPS-based performance targets:
