THE SHARES ISSUED UNDER THE SCRIP DIVIDEND ALTERNATIVE WERE ISSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS PRINCIPAL UK REGISTER IN RELATION TO MR BROADLEY AND ON ITS SOUTH AFRICAN BRANCH REGISTER IN RELATION TO MR BIRRELL.
