£1 billion Global Medium Term Notes Programme
Old Mutual plc, together with Old Mutual International
Finance Limited, announce that Notes issued under their
Global Medium Term Note Programme established today have
been admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock
Exchange. The programme is for up to a maximum of £1,000
million. The admission applies to Notes to be issued
during the period of 12 months from the date of the
offering circular.
The currency, term, form and pricing will be determined
with the relevant Dealer at the time of issue of any
tranche of Notes issued under the programme. Old Mutual
plc will act as Guarantor of any Notes issued by Old
Mutual International Finance Limited.
Proceeds of any Note issue will be used for the general
corporate purposes of the Old Mutual Group.
The Global Medium Term Note Programme has been arranged
by HSBC Bank plc.
