In accordance with clause 7.2 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, Old Mutual plc's subsidiary, Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (South Africa) Ltd (OMLAC(SA)) (Registration number 1999/004643/06), hereby notifies its debt investors that it has now publicly released its Audited Annual Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended 31 December 2015.
