Old Mutual plc will update the market on progress with the Skandia integration
and its strategy for the business going forward on Tuesday, 20 June 2006. A
press release will be issued at 7.00 a.m. UK time and 8.00 a.m. Swedish/ South
African time. A presentation to analysts and investors will be held at 9.00 a.m.
UK time and 10.00 a.m. Swedish/South African time, in the auditorium at Merrill
