TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARES IN ISSUE
The Company's issued ordinary share capital at today's date comprises 4,887,202,911 ordinary shares of 11 3/7p each, which is also the total number of voting rights for the purposes of calculating disclosable interests in the Company's ordinary share capital under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company is today making block listing returns to the UK Listing Authority relating to shares issued under employee share plans between 22 November 2011 and 27 June 2012. Changes to the number of shares in issue since 21 November 2011 (including other changes already announced to the market) are as follows:
