Further to its announcement of 23 September 2015, On the Beach Group plc is pleased to announce that its ordinary share capital consisting of 130,434,763 ordinary shares has today been admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "OTB"
