Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 30 August 2024 were duly passed.
