On-line announces the resignation of Geoff Young, non-executive director, with
immediate effect.  Geoff is leaving On-line to spend more time concentrating on
his own expanding business interests.  The board of On-line would like to thank
Geoff for his contribution to On-line since flotation in 1996 and wish him every
success in the future.
