European Distribution Deal with A 1 Software

ON-LINE SPORTS ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION DEAL

On-line Sports, a division of On-line PLC, the Aim listed Internet and Content
company, today announced a new distribution deal with German-based company A 1
Software.  The deal will see On-line's forthcoming software titles distributed
throughout the German market - the second biggest in the world.  The alliance
is expected to significantly increase On-line'sEuropean revenue while raising
its market profile. 

On-line's Sports label was launched at ECTS in September 1999 and had success
earlier this year with Giant Killers - the first ever football management game
for the under 16's market.

Michael Hodges, On-line's Managing Director said, 'A 1 Software has an
excellent track record in the German-speaking territories and will help us to
maximize our success in Europe's biggest market. We have been very focused in
growing our publishing business and this is an important piece in our growth
strategy.'

Xtreme Bike Trials which has a license from the Official governing body FIM
