Director Shareholding

The Company announces that, pursuant to the terms of the employment contact entered into between the Company and Peter Phillips, CFO, Mr Phillips has been granted options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Options") at an exercise price of 2 pence per share.  The Options are exercisable until 16 June 2021.  In addition Mr Phillips has entered into a lock-in agreement with the Company whereby he has agreed not to dispose of any shares issued pursuant to the grant of the Options before 6 June 2013

In addition to the Options Mr Phillips holds 1,750,000 representing 0.23% of the Company's current issued share capital.
