Change of Accounting Reference Date and Change of Registered Office

The Company announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 July to 30 November.  Consequently, the Company will prepare audited accounts for the period from 1 August 2012 to 30 November 2013.  These accounts will be notified to the market and posted to shareholder on or before 31 January 2014.

The Company's registered office has been changed with immediate effect to:
