Finance Director Resignation and Appointment of Finance Manager
Oracle Coalfields PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK coal developer of a 1.4 billion tonne lignite resource located in the south-eastern desert of the Sindh Province, Pakistan, today announces the resignation of Finance Director, Tony Philip, who will be pursuing other opportunities.
The Company has appointed Tony Everitt as interim Finance Manager and Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Shahrukh Khan, CEO of Oracle, said "Tony Philip's contribution to Oracle's marked progress in the Sindh Province, Pakistan has been greatly appreciated and we wish him every success in his other on-going activities.
"We are pleased to welcome Tony Everitt as interim Finance Manager. Tony was made a partner with the accountancy practice, Price Bailey LLP in 2002. He set up his own accountancy practice in 2005, since then he has been providing services to Oracle."
Tony Everitt was awarded a BSc in Mathematics with Computer Science from Sussex University and went on to qualify as Chartered Accountant in 1991.
