Orca Interactive Ltd (the 'Company' or 'Orca')

The Board of Orca is pleased to announce that Nina Admoni (nee Wertans) (72) has
been appointed as an external  non-executive director of the Company.

Nina's career spans four decades of involvement in the international business
community, including several senior posts that she held in the service of the
Israeli government and on behalf of the United Nations. Recently, she has
pursued a career as an independent business consultant and prior to that served
as Executive Director of the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce & Industry Ltd.
Nina was formerly an external director of the Investment Corporation for the
Development of Industries in Israel Ltd.

Nina currently serves as an external director on the boards of Delek Automotive
Systems Ltd. and Africa Israel Properties Ltd.
