Orca Interactive to work closely with IBM


Orca Interactive (LSE: ORCA), a global market leader in developing applications
for TV over IP, today announced that it has signed a global co-marketing
agreement with IBM. This will help Orca to promote its products in telco tenders
worldwide.

Under the terms of the marketing agreement, Orca will enable its RiGHTv*
software to be delivered on the IBM eServer** xSeries** platform and WebSphere**
middleware offering.  The sales forces of both companies will then market this
joint IPTV solution on a global scale.  IBM will be the prime contractor in all
joint opportunities.

Orca's RiGHTv applications are highly scalable solutions that facilitate the
deployment of complete commercial IPTV services such as Broadcast TV, VOD
(Video-On-Demand), EPG (Electronic Programming Guide), NVOD (Near
Video-On-Demand) and PVR (Personal Video Recorder).
