   Finalisation of Reduction of Capital 

Further to the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 July 2009 the High Court of Ireland approved the reduction of capital application by Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Company').The Companies Office has today issued a certificate of registration of the Court Order confirming the reduction of capital. The purpose of the reduction of share capital is to preserve the ability of the Company to pay dividends.
