Between July 27, 2010 and October 25, 2010 a total of 10 000 shares have been
subscribed for with the 2003C stock options (FI0009649412). As a result of the
share subscriptions the share capital of Outokumpu Oyj has increased by EUR
17 000.00.
The increase in share capital has been entered into the Finnish trade register
on November 2, 2010 and the subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of November
3, 2010.
