Ovoca Resources PLC has today applied to the Irish Stock Exchange for
permission for 115,000 2p Ordinary shares to be dealt on the Exploration
Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. The Shares have been allotted,
following the exercise of options by a former director named hereunder, at an
exercise price of IR 18.25p. Following this application the total number of 2p
Ordinary Shares in issue will be 27,583,145.
