Issue of Equity

 

Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD), a biotechnology company focused on the discovery and development of epigenetic biomarkers based on regulatory genome architecture for use within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 3,333 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Company's share option scheme. 

 

The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 11 April 2018.

 

Following this admission, the Company's share capital and total voting rights comprises 87,483,306 ordinary shares of 1p each and the Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently, 87,483,306 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Inspired under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
