Additional Listing in connection with acquisition of ABL Europe
Oxford, UK - 26 January 2024: Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) ("Oxford Biomedica" or "the Company"), a quality and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Premium segment of the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 3,149,374 new ordinary shares of 50 pence each (the "Consideration Shares") in relation to the acquisition of ABL Europe SAS as announced on 20 September 2023 and 4 December 2023.
The acquisition of ABL Europe SAS is expected to complete on 29 January 2024 and it is expected that admission to the Official List and the London Stock Exchange of the Consideration Shares will become effective on the same day. The Consideration Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
