The Company has been notified that its Senior Independent Director, Nick
Rodgers, has purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 28.94p per Ordinary Share on 15 May 2006.


Following this transaction, Mr Rodgers' beneficial interest in the ordinary
share capital of the Company is 42,000 Ordinary Shares, representing less than
0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
