The Company was notified on 4 December 2006 by Calyon Corporate and Investment
Bank that, following recent sales, on 1 December 2006 Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Ltd had an interest in 38,558,216 Oxford BioMedica plc 1p ordinary
shares. This represents 7.70% of the presently issued share capital of the
Company, which stands at 501,014,147 1p ordinary shares.

The shares are registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International
Ltd. By virtue of section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, the following companies
also have an interest in the shares:

- Credit Agricole SA
- Calyon SA
- Credit Agricole Cheuvreux SA
- SAS Rue La Boetie

The Company was also notified on 4 December 2006 by Man Financial Limited that 
following recent purchases, on 1 December 2006 Man Financial Limited had an 
interest in 24,816,683 Oxford BioMedica plc 1p ordinary shares, representing 
4.95% of the presently issued share capital of the Company.
