Notification of Interest
Oxford BioMedica Plc (the 'Company') received notification on 27 June 2007 from
Oxxon Therapeutics Holdings Inc, ('Oxxon') that it no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company.
Oxxon acquired shares in the Company on 12 March 2007, as part of the
consideration arrangements for the acquisition by the Company of Oxxon
Therapeutics Limited. On 16 March 2007 Oxxon notified the Company that it held
25,814,138 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the 'Shares').
Oxxon has now transferred the Shares to its investors pro-rata to each
investor's current shareholding in Oxxon, subject to the same conditions that
had applied to the original shareholder.
Oxxon's investors include Quester, MVM Life Science Partners and East Hill
Management.
