Oxford, UK - 27 April 2022:  Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) ("Oxford Biomedica" or "the Company"), a leading gene and cell therapy group, today announces that Nick Page, Chief Operations Officer of the Group, has purchased 18,243 ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 27 April 2022 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 545.3p. Following this purchase Nick Page holds 18,243 shares representing 0.019% of the Company.
