Oxford Instruments plc, a leading provider of high-technology tools and systems for industry and research, today announces that Non-Executive Director Jennifer Allerton has notified the Board that she will not be standing for re-election at the Company's AGM due to take place on 13 September 2016 and will therefore be stepping down from the Board at this date.
