Pre Close Trading Update
Oxford Instruments plc, the advanced instrumentation company, announces that the
preliminary results for the year to 31 March 2004 will be released on 3 June
2004.
As in past years, the Company is today providing guidance on the likely trading
results for the year. In line with this, the Company indicates that the results
for the year from the continuing operations, before exceptional items and
goodwill amortisation, are expected to be within the range of market
expectations.
