Director Shareholding
Application has today been made for 867,646 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange.
The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options by
employees of the Company. These shares rank pari passu with the Company's
existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 17 December
2007.
Of the new Ordinary Shares being issued, 784,313 new Ordinary Shares relate to
the exercise of options by Peter Wharton, a director of the Company, at an
exercise price of 12.75p per share, on 10 December 2007. Mr Wharton has
subsequently today sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 60p per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Wharton's interest has increased to 604,313
Ordinary Shares, representing 1.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
