Director's Shareholding

OMG was notified that, on 9 September 2004, Mrs Valerie Meddings, the wife of Mr
Peter Meddings, a director of the Company, sold 28,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 28.9 pence per ordinary share. Mr Meddings' beneficial shareholding is
now 217,724 ordinary shares which represents 0.40% of the issued share capital.
