OMG PLC ('OMG' OR 'THE COMPANY')
Grant of Options to a Director and Issue of Equity
OMG announces that today it granted options over 1,200,000 ordinary shares in
the Company at an option price of 12.53 pence per share to Nick Bolton, the
Company's Chief Executive.
These options are exercisable between 2 and 10 years from the date of grant (or
earlier at the discretion of the Board). Options over 798,084 ordinary shares
have been granted under the provisions of the OMG Plc 2003 Enterprise Management
Incentive Scheme while the balance have been granted under the OMG Plc 2000
Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
Mr Bolton currently has no options over ordinary shares in the Company, save as
disclosed above.
In addition, OMG has been notified that today certain employees exercised
options over 33,332 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the
OMG Plc 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme. The exercise price was 6.5
pence per share.
An application has been made for the 33,332 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 4 July 2005.
