Holdings in the Company

The Company was notified today that Inversion LP, on behalf of a private
investor, sold 500,000 ordinary shares in OMG on 23 January 2004 and, as a
result, no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

In addition, the Company was also notified today that Annabel Cartwright sold
300,000 ordinary shares in OMG on 23 January 2004 and, as a result, no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Company.
