Holding in Company/Exercise of Options
Following recent activity by the Company to introduce new institutional
shareholders, the Company was notified on 12 January 2004, that on
9 January 2004 the following share sales took place to satisfy institutional
demand:

Ms Kate Morris 500,000 1,403,129 2.64%
Mr Shannon is a founder and an employee of the Company. Ms Morris is the
daughter of Julian Morris, Chief Executive of the Company.
Mr Shannon also exercised options over 375,600 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence
each in the Company under the Oxford Metrics CSOP Scheme on 12 January 2004. The
exercise price was 0.4425 pence per share. An application has been made for the
375,600 new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and trading is expected to
commence on 19 January 2004.
