Exercise of Options and Directors' Dealings
OMG announces today that certain employees of the Company have exercised options
over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the Company's share
option schemes.
Details of the number of options exercised are as follows:

An application has been made for the 324,001 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 30 June 2004.
