Exercise of Options

OMG announces today that certain employees of the Company have exercised options
over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the Company's share
option schemes.

Details of the number of options exercised are as follows:

Oxford Metrics Inc 2001 Stock Incentive Plan:

An application has been made for the 343,667 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 12 July 2004.
