OMG plc ('OMG' or 'the Company')
Issue of equity
OMG announces that today Warren Lester, an employee of the Company, exercised
options over 13,334 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company at an
exercise price of 2.5975 pence per share. These options were exercised under the
Oxford Metrics 2000 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.
Warren Lester exercised options over a further 1,666 ordinary shares of 0.25
pence each in the Company at an exercise price of 6.5 pence per share. These
options were exercised under the Oxford Metrics 2003 Enterprise Management
Incentive Scheme.
Warren Lester's beneficial shareholding, following the exercise of these
options, will be 26,666 ordinary shares, which represents 0.05% of the Company's
issued share capital.
Application will be made for the 15,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to
AIM, which is expected to occur on 10 December 2004.
