Notice of AGM and Share Dealings
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 4.00pm on Wednesday, 25
February 2004 at the offices of Grant Thornton, 1 Westminster Way, Oxford OX2
0PZ.
OMG was notified on 16 January 2004 that Catherine Robertson, a director of the
Company, sold 80,000 ordinary shares at a price of 26.75 pence per ordinary
share, that day. Ms Robertson's total beneficial holding is now 670,432 ordinary
shares which represents 1.27% of the issued share capital.
The Company was also notified on 16 January 2004 that Inversion LP, on behalf of
a private investor, sold 500,000 ordinary shares in OMG that day. This reduces
the holding to 1,953,129 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.71 per
cent of the issued share capital of OMG plc.
