Oxford Technology 2 Venture Capital Trust announces that Seed Capital has been
appointed as manager of OT2VCT as from 1 July 2005.  Seed Capital Ltd was
formerly the investment adviser but will now combine both roles.

The Board considered it sensible to bring all the management structures into
line and Seed Capital Ltd is now the investment manager of all four of the
Oxford Technology VCTs.
