Buybacks into Treasury

Having reviewed the matter, the Board and Managers believe that the Company would benefit from the flexibility of being able to hold repurchased shares in Treasury rather than automatically cancelling them. Any shares held in Treasury would have an indefinite life.

The Company will seek authority to re-issue shares out of Treasury as part of its November 2017 Annual General Meeting business. In order to avoid dilution to existing investors, shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value and after associated costs.
