Tender offer for up to 5 per cent. of the shares in issue

Further to the announcement by the Company on 5 August 2016, a circular explaining the terms and conditions of the tender offer for up to five per cent. of the Company's shares and the procedure for tendering shares (the "Circular") has today been sent to shareholders. 

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available from the Company's website www.pacifichorizon.co.uk or from the National Storage Mechanism http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Calculation Date	close of business on 24 October
Results of Tender Offer and Tender Price announced	26 October
Settlement date: payments through CREST made and CREST accounts settled	28 October
