In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.R we would like to notify the market of the following:
Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC capital consists of 86,698,838 ordinary shares and 39,134 of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC is 86,659,704, as at 31 March 2021.
The above figure (86,659,704) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
