White Knight Investments plc ('the Company')

Appointment of director

At a board meeting on 12 November 2001, the board agreed to appoint Ronald
Bruce Rowan, aged 62,  as a non-executive director of the Company with
immediate effect.

Mr Rowan is a controlling shareholder in Sunvest Corporation Ltd, a company
listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. As previously disclosed, Sunvest has
an interest in 31,000,000 shares representing 23.85% of the issued share
capital of the Company.

The following information falls to be disclosed in relation to Ronald Bruce
Rowan in accordance with paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
