The corporate presentation makes specific reference to the reviewed, provisional
results of Barberton Mines Limited ('Barberton') for the year ended 30 June 2007
as consolidated into the results of Metorex Limited. On 31 July 2007 Barberton
became a 74% owned subsidiary of Pan African.

The results of Barberton for the year to 30 June 2007, as reported by Metorex
were as follows:
