The Company received notification on 6 September 2007 of a change in the
notifiable interest of Pangea Exploration (Proprietary) Limited ('Pangea') in
the ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares').

On 5 September 2007, Pangea placed 20,000,000 shares at a price of 7.25p per
share to an institutional shareholder in order to finance the tax liability
arising on the 66,000,000 shares issued to Pangea.   As a result of this, Pangea
now retains 46,000,000 shares representing 4.29% of the issued share capital.
