Update on Proposed Issue of Equity

The Directors of Pantheon Infrastructure PLC ("PINT" or the "Company") have determined that as a result of the extreme volatility of recent days in UK markets, notably within Government bonds and yield-based asset classes, the proposed issue of C shares under PINT's share issuance programme announced on 14 September 2022 will not proceed.

Vagn Sørensen, Chairman of the Company, commented:

 "We have appreciated the high level of interest shown in PINT's investment proposition of global private infrastructure assets by existing shareholders and prospective investors since the launch of the issue. However, as a consequence of the ongoing extremely elevated levels of volatility in the UK, we have taken the decision to withdraw this capital raise."

"The events in the UK over the last week have been unprecedented and whilst PINT's global portfolio is not directly affected, the current market conditions have created significant uncertainty for UK investors. We would like to thank investors for their interest in the capital raise and look forward to exploring future opportunities to grow the Company."
