Pantheon International Participations PLC (the 'Company')  

The Company has published listing particulars dated 12 January 2001 (the
'Listing Particulars') in relation to the admission of 3,595,628 participating
loan notes of the Company at 591.80 pence each (the 'Participating Loan
Notes') to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.

The Listing Particulars are available for inspection from the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at The Financial
Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS and,
until 5 February 2001, are also available for collection free of charge from
the Company's registered office at 23 Cathedral Yard, Exeter, Devon EX1 1HB
and from the Company's registrars, Lloyds TSB Registrars, 117 Dundas Street,
Edinburgh EH3 5WY. 

Dealings in the Participating Loan Notes are expected to commence on 18
January 2001.
