Directorship Change

Pantheon Resources plc ("the Company"), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company active in Louisiana and Texas, announces the resignation, with immediate effect, of Mr. Andrew Waller as a non-executive director of the Company, owing to his increased international business commitments.  The Board would like to thank Mr. Waller for his service and contribution to the Company.
