Level of Acceptances

Asian Plantations (LSE: PALM), a palm oil plantation company with operations in Malaysia, today received notification that  FELDA Global Ventures Holdings Berhad ("FELDA") has received further acceptance in respect of 1,460,424 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 3.12 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

FELDA is now interested in 45,438,108 Ordinary Shares representing 97.17 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
