Panther Securities plc (the 'Company')

The Company announces that pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual
General Meeting on 23rd July, 1999, the Company acquired 35,000 Ordinary Shares
of 25p each in the Company at a price of 116p per share on 22nd November, 1999.
The acquisition was not announced at the time due to an inadvertent error.
